Yashvi Chandan (HR Head): She’s our youngest team member and has completed her Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University also with a BA Hons from York St John University and a Diploma in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the prestigious Indian School of Management and Entrepreneurship. She is currently studying to become a lawyer. At the young age of 16, she was successful working at One of the biggest youth organizations in the country, and during her tenure, at the organization, she had successfully represented the organization at the United Nations Headquarters in one of there marque events. We’re glad to have her and all the organized chaos that she brings to the team.
Nishita Bhansali (Creative Head): The best way to introduce Nishita Bhansali would be the word Perfectionist. Anything she sets her mind to and she can accomplish. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Commerce degree from the Prestigious Mumbai University. At a tender age of 21, she ran her successful design label 'les Silhouettes' all without any prior experience in the Fashion industry. She loves to adhere to timelines and schedules. She’s the key that got both of our founders together.
Stephan Kimmlinge (Sales Director, Europe): Stephan Kimmlinger is our most experienced Team Member. He can look back on over two decades of experience in the packaging sector. He has been at home in Europe with hands, hearts and brains since 1997. He is extremely passionate about sustainable solutions and products and is looking forward to making BIOPAPRO a household name across Europe. He is always heard saying “I want our customers to always be 100% satisfied and well advised.”
Alejandro (Sales Head, Mexico): Alejandro is an Industrial Engineer from UDEM, Monterrey Nuevo León, México, creates an indisputable bond with the client, and is always looking for their benefit to be able to potentiate their experience with the product, He is a born leader and visionary. After finishing his studies he decided to travel and take this as a real-life experience, connect with people, which makes him have the sensitivity to project it in his professional and personal life. He is a Commercial sales director of JAL, a company founded in Mexico, in which he develops projects with an energy-saving system, all this driven by his concern for the environment. As an operations professional, he likes to make sure that everything runs smoothly and creates operations strategies to keep his customers on track. He is a native Spanish speaker, but also speaks fluent German and English and has a good knowledge of the European markets.
Pablo Cuadra (Sales Director, Europe): Pablo holds a master's degree in industrial engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering and has extensive experience in operations and business development. His core competencies are process optimization, technical planning, and marketing. Due to his business management background, he always has Biopapro in mind and can develop creative solutions at the same time. As an operations professional, he likes to make sure that everything runs smoothly and creates operations strategies to keep his customers on track. He is a native Spanish speaker, but also speaks fluent German and English and has a good knowledge of the European markets.
